Retailers across the United States are putting out their sale signs and hoping for the best tomorrow on one of the biggest shopping days of 2010 so far, President’s Day.
Many big retailers are offering massive discounts in attempts to lure customers during these tough economic times.

Big stores are cutting prices virtually across the board.
For instance, Macy’s is offering diamond pendant necklaces at $299, a 12-piece set of cookware for 50% off, and select coats for $69.99. Meanwhile, Appleseed's has its President Day Sale, which offers 20% discounts on select merchandise, going on through Monday.
eBags.com has a similar deal for President’s Day Sale, giving consumers as chance to buy one full-priced item with Extra 20% Discount.
In terms of electronics, computer retailer Dell is branching out a bit, offering big discounts on flatscreen TV’s, camera, and software in addition to computer accessories.
Buy.com is also offering big discounts on its merchandise, with some items up to 70% off.
For kids, the Disney Store has a variety of deals and coupons available. Disney is offering 25% off purchases of $95 or more, 20% off purchases of $85 or more, and $10 off purchases of $65 or more.
